When you buy from a Creator, your USDC payment is transferred to a secure escrow wallet — a temporary Solana address generated exclusively for your transaction. The Creator does not receive any funds yet.

The Creator ships the item

Once the Creator sees the payment confirmed on-chain, they prepare and ship your item. You'll be able to track the status of your order from your dashboard.

90-day protection window

After the Creator ships, a 90-day dispute window starts. During this time you can open a dispute if the item hasn't arrived or doesn't match the listing. No dispute = funds are automatically released to the Creator after 90 days.

Item arrives — everyone's happy

You receive your item, the Creator receives their payment. The transaction is complete and recorded on the Solana blockchain.

What is USDC and why do you use it?
USDC (USD Coin) is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar. It runs on the Solana blockchain and settles in seconds with near-zero fees. Because it's a digital dollar, your payment value is stable — you won't lose money to crypto volatility.
What happens after 90 days if I haven't opened a dispute?
If 90 days pass without a dispute, the escrow is automatically released to the Creator. Make sure to open a dispute before the window closes if you have not received your item.
How do I open a dispute?
Go to your dashboard → Purchases → select the order → click 'Open dispute'. Describe the issue and our team will respond within 48 hours.
What if the item arrived but doesn't match the listing?
Open a dispute within the protection window. Attach photos and a description of the discrepancy. If the item is materially different from the listing, you are eligible for a full or partial refund.
Is there a minimum or maximum purchase amount?
