🔐 Seller Agreement — Terms & Protections

1. Definitions & Scope

This Seller Agreement governs the relationship between the Seller and Fanshap for sales made via fanshap.com. Fanshap does not host nudity or pornographic content; creator pages show a profile image and outbound links to external platforms that have their own policies.

2. Eligibility & Seller Profile

  • Sellers must be of legal age and legally capable in their jurisdiction.
  • Public profile shows nickname and country; legal name and address remain private to staff use only.
  • Provide accurate contact details and links to your show platforms; keep them up to date.

3. Listings & Allowed Items

  • Describe items accurately, with clear photos and specific conditions (used/pre-owned where applicable).
  • Illegal goods, weapons, drugs, counterfeit or sanctioned items are prohibited.
  • Comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules. Fanshap may remove listings or restrict accounts at its discretion.

4. Payments, Fees & Escrow

  • Accepted tokens per item: USDT (SPL), USDC (SPL), or FSHAP (SPL) on Solana, as selected by the Seller.
  • Payments are directed to a Fanshap vault with an on-chain reference (order_id). On-chain transfers are irreversible; double-check addresses.
  • Escrow release occurs after automated checks and shipment/delivery verification.
  • Platform fees are variable and displayed to the Seller; the net payout is sent in the token chosen for the item.
  • Sellers must keep a small amount of SOL for network fees; network fees are non-refundable.

Promoter/agent payouts and internal operational expenses in the Fanshap ecosystem are settled exclusively in FSHAP (SPL).

5. Shipping, Tracking & Incoterms

  • Use international couriers with tracking; add tracking details in your dashboard promptly.
  • Two-layer packing recommended: inner transparent wrap; outer discreet packaging for privacy and customs inspection.
  • Unless otherwise stated, international sales default to DDU/DDP policies per listing. Clearly state the chosen Incoterm where applicable (e.g., EXW, FCA, CIF, DAP, DDP).
  • You are responsible for export compliance and truthful customs documentation from your country of origin.
  • Where permitted, you may request the carrier to omit your personal name on the exterior label.

6. Data Privacy (GDPR) & Security

  • Fanshap processes Seller data under GDPR principles (lawfulness, transparency, security, retention limits).
  • Off-chain personal data is not written on-chain. Public wallet addresses and transactions remain transparent on Solana.
  • Sellers must implement reasonable safeguards for any buyer data they access (e.g., shipping info), use it only for order fulfillment, and delete it when no longer necessary.

7. Buyer Address Verification

  • If the address appears incorrect, incomplete or suspicious, contact the buyer or Fanshap support before shipping.
  • Keep proof of shipment and correspondence until order closure.

8. Disputes & Complaint Handling

  • Buyers may open a ticket within the dispute window from the order page.
  • Provide evidence promptly (photos, tracking, courier receipts). Fanshap may hold or withhold payout during review.
  • Fanshap may take actions up to listing removal and Seller account suspension or termination for policy breaches or fraud.

9. Taxes & Accounting

  • Sellers are solely responsible for their tax filings, invoices, and compliance in their jurisdiction.
  • Maintain appropriate records for audits and statutory retention periods.

10. Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanshap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including blockchain risks, wallet mismanagement, customs seizures or courier issues. Sellers agree to indemnify Fanshap against claims resulting from their listings, exports, or violations of law or third-party policies.

11. Suspension & Termination

  • Fanshap may suspend or terminate access in case of policy breaches, fraud risks, or legal requests.
  • Upon termination, outstanding lawful payouts may be processed after required verifications.

12. Changes to this Agreement

Fanshap may update this Agreement. Material changes will be announced on-site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
