Promoter Agreement

1. Eligibility

Any registered Fanshap user may become a Promoter and participate in the referral commission program governed by this Agreement.

2. Commission Rate

The Promoter earns 3% of the total amount invoiced to Creators they refer via their unique invitation link.

3. Minimum Payout Threshold

Commissions may be requested for payout only once the Promoter’s balance reaches a minimum equivalent of 10 USDC.

4. Payment Method and Timing

• All payouts are made exclusively in FSHAP (SPL) on the Solana network to the Solana wallet address provided by the Promoter.
• Commissions become payable only after Fanshap has received full payment from the customer and the Creator has confirmed shipment/delivery.
• Once the above conditions are met, the payout will be processed within 7 business days.
• The Promoter must maintain a small amount of SOL in their wallet to cover network fees.

5. Guarantees and Liability

Fanshap guarantees accuracy and completeness of payment before releasing commissions; the Promoter has no claims beyond those expressly set forth herein.

6. Tax Compliance

The Promoter is solely responsible for complying with all tax obligations in their country of residence. Fanshap assumes no liability for any tax-related omissions or non-compliance by the Promoter.

7. Acceptance

By registering and participating in the referral program, the user acknowledges and accepts all terms of this Promoter Agreement.
